New Build, Whittlesford

This project was a new build that we built in Whittlesford for £400,000. This house was a four bed, 2500 sq ft high spec new build and is on Station Road.

The site already had a substantial dwelling which was dated and sat too far back in the plot. Our team demolished the existing and constructed a new build that utilised the plot in a better way.

The planning was a lengthy process but we liaised with the local authority and architect to ensure a stress free service to the client.

This project took 12 months from start to finish.
