Single storey side extension, Saffron Walden

The image to the right shows the construction of a single storey side extension on a home to create a playroom for a client that we completed in Saffron Walden. Our client was very happy with the results that the final project came out with and we were very happy they chose our reliable service on this build.

Due to the age of the existing property, the materials we chose had to be sympathetic to the existing which to some would be a struggle to get correct. At GA Stubbings we are able to match up a lot of your existing properties materials so that your home flows correctly and looks beautiful. This meant for this project we were able to get the correct materials that matched the previous brickwork, making our client very happy.

The disruption to the client was kept to a minimum as we knocked through to the existing property as late into the project as possible. This means that the client was able to go about their everyday life without any issues from the build. Once we had knocked through into the original house on the build we quickly finished so that our client could enjoy their new playroom as quickly as possible without us getting in the way of everyday life. At GA stubbings we also ensure that the work we complete is kept to minimal mess so that our clients do not get interrupted by the team working.

The work took 6 weeks to complete and our team did an amazing job of making sure that everything was done perfectly and the client was happy with their new home!
