Internal fit out of house, Yelling

In this project, we completed the internal fit of a house for a client that cost £130,000.

This client had purchased the property as a shell, it was not decorated inside at all so had with no floors, walls, stairs etc. This meant that we needed to help them create the inside of their home as they want it to look.

Our team constructed the stud partitions, created two staircases in the property, fitted floors, bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There was also extensive drainage works to the rear of the property.

This client had chosen an air source heating system which meant that our team at GA Stubbings fitted their heating and made sure that it was all working perfectly for their home to be warm.

This project took our team six months to complete and the client was delighted with the results which we were very pleased about!
